Carolyn Atwell-Davis joined NCMEC in 2001.

Ms. Atwell-Davis helps provide technical assistance to members of Congress, state legislators, state attorneys general, other governmental entities and the public about issues related to missing and exploited children. She advises NCMEC’s President and CEO about policy and legislation. She coordinates with NCMEC staff members to create policy positions about specific child protection issues and responds to media requests about proposed laws regarding child protection.

Ms. Atwell-Davis received a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University.
