Jeanine Hoover joined NCMEC in 2000 after many years of experience in all areas of human resource management including talent management, compensation, benefits, staff development and Equal Employment Opportunity initiatives.

Ms. Hoover oversees NCMEC's strategic human resources operation and works with the leadership team to formulate plans, policies and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on team members.

Prior to joining NCMEC Ms. Hoover worked at the National Telephone Cooperative Association where her responsibilities included recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll and employee relations.

Ms. Hoover received a Bachelor of Science in industrial relations and human resource management from Le Moyne College and has completed graduate work at the University of Maryland, College Park.
