This booklet, published by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, is based on input from eight children who experienced the abduction of a brother or sister by a nonfamily member. It is designed to provide help, support and guidance to children who are going through this type of trauma. Printed copies are available from the Juvenile Justice Clearinghouse at www.ncjrs.gov.
