300 PEOPLE FEATURED ON “MISSING” RECOVERED!

SANTA MONICA, CA – November 3, 2005 – Since its first run in September 2003, 300 missing individuals--mostly children -- featured on the nationally syndicated weekly half-hour series “MISSING” have been recovered. “MISSING” features actual cases of missing individuals, both juvenile and adult, from across the United States. Working in close cooperation with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), more than 250 of the located individuals were missing children from NCMEC’s case files.

Ernie Allen, president and CEO of NCMEC said “We applaud the efforts of this television program that generates countless tips and information to us. We also commend all of the stations that broadcast the show each week. By airing ‘MISSING’ these broadcasters are showing their commitment to assist children around the U.S.”

Alex Paen, executive producer of “MISSING,” commented “We are proud of our relationship with NCMEC and their dedicated, hard working staff and are gratified that our show contributes to helping find missing children. One recent letter from a mother of a missing teenager illustrated it best. She said her daughter had been missing for nearly three years but when she saw herself featured on the show one night she called her family and they were happily reunited.”

Produced by Santa Monica, CA-based Telco Productions, “MISSING” is currently in its third season and cleared in more than 80 % of the U.S., including WCBS-TV, New York, KCBS-TV Los Angeles, WCIU-TV Chicago, KYW-TV Philadelphia and KTVU-TV San Francisco.

Telco Productions also produces and distributes two-time Emmy nominated “Animal Rescue,” a weekly half-hour reality series showcasing the heroic efforts of individuals helping animals in trouble.
