and materials to assist us in our efforts to help keep children safer
from abduction and sexual exploitation.
Family
Trusted® Child ID
Family Trusted Child ID is the First Provider of Online Child IDs
supporting NCMEC. The program is a personal online storage system
of a childâs photos and identifying information. It prepares families
with the tools to instantly launch a missing child search in an
emergency and to provide vital information to law enforcement.The
program is free through sponsors. There is also a separate, corporate-sponsored

Get
Game Smart
This year Microsoft asked NCMEC to partner with them and over a
dozen of the nation’s most prominent children’s media
advocacy organizations, to launch the Get Game Smart Campaign. The
Campaign takes a first-of-its-kind approach to helping parents and
kids establish healthy habits for playing video games, watching TV
and browsing the Web. The Campaign will inspire families to take
simple steps to help ensure that kids are using media in ways that

Got 2B Safe! Think Smart and Take Charge was created to teach 3rd
graders four critical rules to help protect them from abduction
and sexual exploitation. To date, Got 2B Safe has been distributed

SmileSafe Kids® is a partnership with Lifetouch, NCMEC
and more than 35,000 schools nationwide. The SmileSafe Kids program
provides the families of every child photographed at participating

on-site search and coordinate a 24/7 image retrieval in the event

Sprint
Sprint’s 4NetSafety program opens the lines of communication
about internet safety between young people and the adults who care
for them. 4NetSafety offers free tools from expert resources. These
resources address perils that young people commonly encounter online
and encourage positive dialogue about internet safety. Sprint has

The Safe Side
Julie Clark, founder of the Baby Einstein Company, and John Walsh, host of “America’s
Most Wanted” and co-founder of the NCMEC co-developed The Safe Side, an
innovative series of child safety videos. The first video subtitled “Don’t
Knows and Kinda Knows” DVD features Safe Side Superchick, a zany host who
teaches kids important messages that empower them to stay safer in a variety
of situations. Ten percent of gross proceeds will be donated to NCMEC. For more
