Circumstances: On April 24, 2009, the body of an unidentified male was located in Seminole County, GA. The decedent is believed to have died 4 to 6 weeks prior to discovery. He was wearing a short-sleeve Polo shirt with small dark horizontal stripes, blue Ralph Lauren jeans, blue Tommy Hilfiger underwear, a blue and tan nautical belt, and wine colored sandals with an orange insole.
