The larger photo was taken in 2000 and the inset photo was taken prior to her abduction. The photo in the middle shows how Kelia may look at 15. She was allegedly abducted by her mother, Laura Jean Kielland. A federal UFAP warrant was issued for Laura on 4/13/00. They may be in Costa Rica. Kelia has birthmarks on her stomach. Laura has pierced ears, a tattoo of a bat on her lower back, and a distinct mark on her eye. She may wear glasses and change her hair color.
